Frequently Asked Questions

All of our tees are made to order and will be shipped out in within 7 days, unless otherwise noted.

We understand that Rush Orders are sometimes needed. If our production schedule allows, we will be more than happy to accommodate your request. Please contact us with your request and we will let you know if we can make it happen, and if a rush fee applies.

Orders are sent Standard Shipping via USPS Priority Mail. These methods take an average of 3-5 days to arrive. (This DOES NOT include production time).

All domestic orders will have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.50.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place an order. Then, when your item has shipped, you will receive another email that contains your tracking number. If you need to contact us in the meantime, just send us an email and we will get back to you.

All orders are processed through PayPal. However, you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account, as PayPal accepts various payment methods.

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encrypted and data security to ensure your details are protected. PayPal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

We want you to be happy with your order. Items can be returned to The Seeding Project within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. All items MUST be in original condition, unwashed, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please contact us before returning your item (s), to obtain a return authorization # and further instructions. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no addition charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned item.

Because we are a growing company, occasionally items will be out of stock. We will make every effort possible to replenish stock quickly and notify you when we expect the item to be in stock.
